Project Manager, Data Integrity & Reporting

How we LEAD:

The Data Integrity & Reporting department, under the guidance of US Finance, is the backbone for ensuring reported and or published data, essential to Client innovative strategies and applications, is verified and accurate.

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Director of Data Integrity & Reporting within but not limited to the Ringfence Project. The individual will manage and work collaboratively in a cross departmental project across Data Integrity & Reporting, US Finance, Global Royaltiesm Rights and Distributed Partners team members.

How you'll CREATE:

Under the direction of the Data Integrity & Reporting Director, manage and support the progression of the Ringfence Project and department-wide initiatives

Define project requirements and scope

Develop and manage Project Plan

Coordinate and support cross departmental resources and schedules

Facilitate regular project team meetings with progress recaps and next steps

Ability to adapt and implement procedures to handle project scope changes

Coordinate with QA to review application deliverables at specified checkpoints

Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of project

Draft communications to the end-user community, both internal and external

Conduct periodic project quality review/presentation in accordance with established standards
