Position Summary: The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for providing analysis of various human resource programs and initiatives and serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities. The Senior Human Resources Analyst also supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to hiring, offboarding, turnover and assigned functional areas.
  • Point-of-contact and resource for Human Resources Analysts and other Human Resources teams for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Provides production support, including researching and testing solutions provided by technical team.
  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Assists in maintaining data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in human resources, public administration or related field and two years of human resources experience; or any combination of education, training or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develop appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
  • Experience with Oracle
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in human resources and benefits
