Why is this role open? One of the firm's partners is stepping back, and the team is looking for someone to take over some of this business.


Who is a good fit? Ideal candidates have 10+ years' of experience with commercial real estate transactions, and, in particular, experience with complex lending and financing deals. The firm is open to either a partner-level candidate with a small book of business, or a Senior Counsel candidate without a book.


This firm is in a brand new office, boasts a hybrid work environment, and has big firm resources with a small firm feel. It would be a fantastic place to finish your legal career.
