Job Description:


As a Junior Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions for our clients. You will work closely with senior team members to understand client requirements, configure the system, and ensure a seamless implementation process.


Key Responsibilities:


·      Assist in the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet client needs.

·      Collaborate with senior team members to gather and analyze client requirements.

·      Support the implementation process, including data migration, system testing, and user training.

·      Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation.

·      Document processes and create user guides to facilitate client understanding and usage.

·      Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and best practices.


Qualifications:


·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·      Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM/ERP systems.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·      Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Compensation is base salary based on experience
