Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Campbell, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place purchase orders and ensure their accuracy
  • Follow up or expedite orders as necessary to meet schedules
  • Maintain open communication with the Production Manager regarding all activities and potential problems
  • Develop and implement an efficient system for tracking open purchase orders
  • Proficiency in SAGE 100 software is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $24-$35 per hour, based on experience and position.
