(Piping and fabrication experience requested)



GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION

Assist Project Engineers and Engineering Department in their respective duties loading.



POSITION FUNCTIONS


  • Input in Boctrack all isometrics received from the client.
  • Input isometric’s MTO in Boctrack.
  • Execute the preparation of the isometric according to Boccard standards and Client’s specifications.
  • Register in Boctrack all welds identified in the preparation of the isometric.
  • Execute the preparation of the spools and proceed with their respective checking.
  • Prepare the RFI's and other documents related to clarifications to project.
  • Perform all tasks according to priorities defined by the client and transmitted by his / her immediate supervisor.
  • Manage the collection of the spools reviewed by the client through the Hold Pick Up sheet registration.
  • Ensure compliance with the BMS Policy and project quality plan.
  • Work for the Quality Assurance, the profitability and the Project fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards during the Project execution.
  • Assist in the implementation and development of Occupational Health programs and participate in training activities defined in the training plan.
  • Promote the awareness of all employees to work safely and protecting the environment.
  • Comply with the rules, regulations the Company Health and Safety Management System’s instructions and those defined by the Federal Law and other legislation.
  • Properly dispose the generated waste during the development of activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Make rational use of available resources for the development of activities such as:
  • Energy, water, materials and other consumables.
  • Timely inform the Safety Manager or immediate supervisor of all incidents and accidents with damage or injury to persons, environment, equipment and materials, for preparation and reporting of accidents / incidents.
  • Perform all duties related to his/her position or assigned by the immediate manager.
  • Follow all company policies as stated in the employee Handbook and Employee Health and Safety Manual.



Personnel in charge:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS


Education:

The position requires a High School diploma or GED.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of PDF’s (reading, editing, and exporting) using Adobe Acrobat or equivalent.

Knowledge of Autocad (preferred)


Experience:

In order to efficiently perform this job, a minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role is required.
