Project Manager – Compliance & Custody Change Management

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage medium to large-scale projects across divisions, working with top-tier sponsors and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the full project lifecycle, from defining scope, planning, and budgeting, to managing risks and executing project deliverables.
  • Ensure thorough testing and seamless integration of system changes, overseeing user acceptance, regression, and client testing.
  • Collaborate with division leaders, steering committees, and stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with business strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of analysts and subject matter experts, fostering a high-performance culture.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and custody operations, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.
  • Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, think independently, and manage stakeholder expectations with strong communication skills.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge of regulatory environments and industry standards being a big plus.
