About the Role
The team are looking for a proactive and experienced Call Center Manager to lead their customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of call center agents to consistently exceed performance metrics.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
