Apex Imaging Services is a complete solution provider for multi-site rollouts of any remodel, refresh, or tech integration program for the retail, restaurant, hospitality, and petroleum industries.


Position Overview:

A Senior Program Manager is responsible for the overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, control, and conceptual development of a construction project. This person will also be responsible for budget projections & management, asset rating/tracking and vendor management throughout the program. The position also consists of technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards are met.


Knowledge and Skills Required:

-Experience in program management within retail/asset management -Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction -Thorough understanding of budgets and project finances


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing construction processes for updating project trackers and tools, presenting updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with superintendents, project managers and contractors to gather necessary information for cost analysis.
  • Manage a team of project managers, survey technicians, engineers and contractors to ensure completion of project goals within timely manner.
  • Communicate metrics and ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including senior management team.
  • Run daily, weekly, monthly reports with an ongoing cadence to support the team with cost data.
  • Identify project risks and the financial cost impacts associated and communicate to the team.
  • Monitor project expenditures and track budget variances throughout the construction process.
  • Prepare regular reports on project costs, budget status, and financial forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Deliver results while working on multiple projects with competing priorities on a consistent basis.
