Entry or Experienced Import Coordinator position Job Summary:​


This position handles inbound container shipment. 

- Track import shipments and communicate with steamship line, customs broker, truckers.

- Email communication with customer.

- Complete company accounting to include daily AR and AP.​

 

Personal Specification/Essential Qualities:​


- 40-hour work week (8am to 5pm or 8:30 am to 5:30 am, year-round)

- Problem solving and communications skills.

- The ability to take detailed direction.

- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Spanish language skills are definite plus.

- Some freight forwarder or maritime company work experience is a plus.
