**Who You Are**

As a Export Operator your Daily Responsibilities include complete management of the export supply chain process for Priority Worldwide's freight forwarding clientele. **Primary job responsibilities**:

- Enter, prepare and book export shipments.
- Monitor/handle export shipments with adherence to quality standards processing
- Ensure that shipments are setup in a timely fashion
- Ensure that all shipments have daily internal and client visible notes updates from time service is requested and file opened to POD
- Strong customer service skills which will help retain and develop new customers
- Liaison with international and domestic agents
- Provide and ensure constant compliance with Priority Worldwide’ s mission to ensure The Ultimate Customer Experience

**Requirements**:

- 5 years experience international freight forwarding-Specifically Exports
- Strong Customer service skills
- Cargowise experience preferred
