About The Role – 28137 - Senior Office Administrator (Centennial, CO)



The Senior Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our North America Head Office. The selected candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace. Will have direct vendor management responsibilities for the Head Office to ensure the safety and comfort of all personnel.



This position will require you to work on-site at the Centennial office five days a week, Monday through Friday.



What you will be doing



Key accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:


  • Act as main contact with building management to ensure effective, efficient, and safe operations of the office
  • Greet and welcome employees, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate person or department
  • Work directly with office vendors (coffee, plants, maintenance, etc.) to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for employees
  • Collect and route mail and packages; Preparing outgoing mail and packages for shipment
  • Actively manage all incoming invoices for timely payment processing
  • Keep all public spaces in offices neat and organized at all times
  • Assist with the organization and planning of events and meetings
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
  • Order supplies, maintain office environment
  • Operate office equipment – fax, copiers, and scanner
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Assist with other projects as directed in support of office or department requirements


What you will bring


  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an administrative environment
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office applications to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
  • Must be very well organized and a self-starter with limited direction and/or oversight
  • Demonstrated capacity to work across multiple tasks at any given time
  • Comfort with operating in a rapidly changing environment
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with all employees, vendors, guests, etc. in a professional manner

Compensation Range


$27.00 - $33.00 per hour



Please Note: Salary offered will be commensurate with the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
