What will you be doing?


  • Providing strategic legal advice on shipping and energy infrastructure projects, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Drafting and negotiating complex contracts, including project agreements and commercial deals.
  • Advising cross-functional teams on legal risks, ensuring projects align with U.S. and international regulations.
  • Managing legal aspects of project development, including permitting, environmental compliance, and stakeholder agreements.
  • Collaborating with external counsel and internal stakeholders to resolve legal disputes and drive successful project outcomes.


Are you the ideal candidate?


  • A licensed attorney with substantial experience in energy law, particularly Shipping, LNG or energy infrastructure projects. England & Wales or US legal qualification preferred
  • 5+ years PQE
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, project development, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to navigate complex legal landscapes.
  • A track record of supporting large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Passion for sustainability and the transition to clean energy solutions.
