Job Description & Responsibilities :
  • The Print Production & Mail Services Specialist role provides expert customer service to our client in Highland Heights, KY for production print and mailroom services.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to expertly advise and serve the client by providing accurate information, organizing orders and packages, and delivering on-time printing products using their knowledge of Xerox and Pitney Bowes equipment.
  • The key areas of responsibility will include packing & shipping for US and International delivery, as well as receiving packages and ensuring on-time delivery to staff.
  • In addition, the candidate will operate copiers, binding equipment, laminators and other high quality print devices. Additional details on the responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.
  • Communicates effectively and continuously practices good listening with customers, co-workers, vendors, and leadership
  • Empathizes and manages demanding, impatient, and/or frustrated customers to turn a stressful event into a positive experience
  • Takes ownership of customers' packing, shipping, and/or print problems and offers viable solutions
  • Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and properly cushioning contents
  • Manages the logistics of small to medium projects, follows through to completion, and updates all parties as needed
  • Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in customers and telephone/email inquiries
  • Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach co-workers
  • Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database
  • Collect and submit meter reads
  • Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies as required
  • Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
  • Prioritizes and optimizes the workload to streamline the production flow
  • Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high-quality control
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Takes action to learn products, services, alternative solutions, and industry trends
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications :
  • A high school diploma or equivalent/GED
  • One year of customer service experience required (more preferred)
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and application of printing concepts
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Able to work and complete tasks independently in a quick turn environment
  • Able to work collaboratively
  • High energy level
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday and lift up to 50 lbs
