Human Resources Generalist

LHH has partnered with a great client that is looking to add an HR Generalist to join their team and support their growing workforce. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to support employee growth and development.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS systems, and handle various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm
