  • Shift: Work a consistent 12pm - 10 pm shift.


Daily Snapshot:

  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance functions for plant production and facilities equipment/systems.
  • Planned Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and systems under the Maintenance Manager's supervision.
  • Equipment Care: Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment, parts, and components.
  • Technical Support: Provide expertise in welding, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Carry out standard preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Fabrication: Build and modify jigs and manufacturing-related fixtures as needed.
  • Mentorship: Share hands-on knowledge with co-workers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Equipment Lifecycle: Assist with equipment installation, demolition, and decontamination processes.


Ideal Skillset:

  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of practices, tools, equipment, and materials used in maintaining manufacturing and facilities equipment.
  • Electrical Expertise: Strong background in electrical maintenance, with manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Fabrication Skills: Ability to perform standard fabrication tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Capability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to assist manufacturing and maintenance teams in various tasks, including equipment cleaning.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of four years of electrical maintenance experience required.
  • Industry Preference: Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks involving equipment disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
