THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to guide cross-functional structure between marketing and other key departments. This individual is exceptionally organized, has a keen eye for detail and is not afraid to hold people accountable to their responsibilities. They are the glue that holds together Creative, Marketing, Web, Product, Sales, etc. and facilitates amazing work between all of our teams. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead coordination of all marketing initiatives, running point on strategic alignment and execution
  • Help with development and implementation of cross-org GTM strategy
  • Coordination of campaign strategy for brand and creative teams and taking initiatives from inception to completion
  • Development of creative request intake forms and delegation of responsibilities
  • Owner of Monday project management system structure and use cases internally
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Administrator of key business documents like product matrices, GTM calendars, request forms, etc.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to executive leadership


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Expert-level understand of PM software (Monday.com preferred, Asana, Trello, etc. all completely acceptable)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate with and hold senior leaders accountable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
