Job Title: IT Human Resources Administrator

Work Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)

Duration: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Responsible for human resources, recruitment, employment processing, benefits, employee relations, and communications.
  • Explanation and administration of employee benefits programs, along with processing payroll.
  • Employee performance, annual compensation reviews, manager and employee development, and succession planning.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants as necessary and verifying references.
  • Refer applicants to the hiring manager for interviews when needed.
  • Coordinate office events and outings.
  • Sort and deliver mail and bank deposits.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as directed and the administration of office management.
Qualifications
  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience in HR Administration and office management.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in any IT domain is preferred.
  • Understanding of human resources policies and procedures and good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other human resources programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • A track record of sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary talent.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in an IT environment.
  • Any bachelor`s graduation is required.
