The Role

Fidelity Charitable’s Investment Operations team is seeking a Project Manager responsible for driving all aspects of life-cycles projects from inception through implementation. As a member of the team, you will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and sometimes independently. You will be developing project plans, documenting process workflows, developing presentations and supporting other change efforts. Additionally, you will have responsibility of communicating key updates to partners on a regular cadence and following up on any feedback.



The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, or a related field of study.
  • 3+ years proven experience of full lifecycle project management, leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong planning and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of developing process maps and standard operating procedures
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
  • Builds strong relationships and demonstrates collaborative leadership with key partners and support teams
  • Strong in story telling
  • Extensive experience with MS Office products and other agile work systems

  • Ensure daily work meets accuracy standards and is completed in a timely manner, with appropriate tracking and escalation of aging items
  • Suggest process improvements and system enhancements that will increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk to the organization
  • Maintain effective business relationships with Fidelity business partners with whom the position interfaces, including Legal, Risk, and Compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date procedures for those functions for which responsible

Dynamic Working

At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call “Dynamic Working.” Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
