A bit about us:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programming Operator for first or second shift to join our client's growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual who has a passion for technology and a keen interest in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of the team, working on high-level programming tasks, operating our 5DX X-Ray Machine, and conducting thorough inspections in accordance with IPC 610 standards. This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of relevant industry experience. Team has ability to train on some aspects of the role.

First Shift - 7AM-3:30PM
Second Shift - 3PM - 11:30PM

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize programming solutions for various engineering projects.
2. Operate and manage the 5DX X-Ray Machine, ensuring its optimal performance and maintenance. - Preferred. Not required. - Will offer training to candidates with Programming knowledge.
3. Conduct detailed inspections of engineering components and systems, adhering strictly to IPC 610 standards.
4. Provide consultancy services to internal and external stakeholders, offering expert advice on programming and machine operations.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and solve complex technical issues, improving efficiency and productivity.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to ensure the implementation of best practices.
7. Conduct training sessions for junior staff and stakeholders on the operation of the 5DX X-Ray Machine and IPC 610 standards.
8. Document and report on all inspections, operations, and programming developments.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a programming role within the Engineering industry.
2. Proficiency in the operation of the 5DX X-Ray Machine.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in inspections adhering to IPC 610 standards.
4. Excellent programming skills with a strong understanding of various programming languages.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proven experience in a consultancy role, with excellent customer service skills.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Willingness to keep up-to-date with industry developments and continually improve skills and knowledge.

First Shift - 7AM-3:30PM
Second Shift - 3PM - 11:30PM
