The Role

Fidelity is looking for an experienced Sr. Producer to join our Integrated Production Team within the Social Product Area. You’ll provide production expertise and oversight at every turn, from concept development to creative execution – and make the entire process look effortless in the process. “It can’t be done” is not a phrase in your vocabulary. There is no idea too big – or budget too small – for your production prowess. You are a creative, think-quick-on-your feet, roll-up-your-sleeves, get-stuff-done type of producer with a strong reel to show for it – and you’re passionate about joining a team that’s committed to helping people see Fidelity in a brand-new way.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • You have established working relationships with production companies and partners
  • Extensive experience working at a production company or ad agency
  • Intimate knowledge of social platforms and the specifications to deliver for each channel
  • Ability to arm creative teams with innovative production methods all while getting projects done on time and within budget
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across all departments
  • Manage the bidding process and scope for all production needs
  • Develop accurate and thorough project plans, schedules, SOWs, documentation, and specs as needed
  • Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, deliverables, and expectations with our internal and external partners
  • Experience leading the post-production process including editing, color, mix and special effects
  • Experience assembling your own crews and working with external partners
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
  • Ability to make tough decisions under pressure
  • A sharable reel of your work is required for consideration
