Senior GIS Programmer Analyst

LOCATION:
Boston, MA; Hybrid Schedule

Position Overview:

The Senior GIS Programmer Analyst will also be involved in geospatial analysis.
A strong background in GIS using ESRI ArcMap or Pro tools, such as Spatial Analyst, for all geospatial data formats is desired.
The Senior GIS Programmer Analyst develops and maintains geospatial data that is either project/task specific or is a regularly available dataset in our Oracle database.
Familiarity in database management is critical to the ongoing efforts to provide relevant data for our users, so the Senior GIS Analyst Programmer should be knowledgeable on databases, schemas, and domains.Job Duties:
Maintain and produce geospatial web applications and GIS tools using ArcGIS JavaScript APIProvide and support web applications using and SQLProduce and administrate ArcGIS web services through ArcGIS ServerProvide high quality geospatial analysis using ESRI ArcGIS platforms including ArcMap and ProSupport mobile geospatial applications using Survey123 and ArcGIS CollectorDevelop and attribute data as necessary, storing data in regional Oracle spatial databaseAid in developing data management plans and maintain SOPs through the geospatial data lifecycleSupport field work by extracting and processing data sets collected on GPS devicesProvide training and guidance to non-technical GIS users on geospatial applications and conceptsJob Requirements:
