PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Director of Operations in Vista, Ca.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and talented Director of Operations to oversee both warehouse operations. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, effective inventory management, timely order processing, and outstanding customer experiences. Your role is pivotal in maintaining efficient logistics and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Knowledge of Shipstation, Quickbooks, Shopfy, Zoho, Zendesk, as well as Microsoft Office Suite of Products strongly encouraged

Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize productivity, accuracy, and safety.

2. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective control measures to manage stock levels. Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs.

3. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective inbound and outbound shipments. Monitor transportation schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistics issues promptly.

4. Customer Service Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, setting service standards and providing guidance and support. Ensure timely and accurate response to customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.

5. Order Processing and Fulfillment: Manage the order processing workflow, from order entry to shipment. Ensure orders are processed accurately and expediently, coordinating with various departments to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.

6. Returns and Complaint Management: Develop and implement procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints. Resolve issues promptly, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures. Strive to achieve customer loyalty and satisfaction through effective complaint resolution.

7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations and customer service. Analyze data regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance performance. Prepare reports for management, highlighting operational metrics and customer feedback.

8. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment in the warehouse. Implement safety protocols, provide training to employees, and adhere to relevant legal requirements and company policies.

9. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and service enhancements. Engage employees to gather their input and ideas, and implement best practices and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field or 5+ years in the ebike industry.
- Proven experience in warehouse management and customer service leadership.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in warehousing.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Hazmat and Forklift Certifications.

70,000 to 85,000 + 10% bonus depending on experience.
