Role Description

This is a full-time International Sales Account Manager role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. As an International Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for a defined territory/portfolio of accounts with quantitative and qualitative objectives to reach success for our brand in the defined scope. This role requires 30% to 50% travel to meet with clients and attend trade shows.


Responsibilities


SALES MANAGEMENT:

  • Develop the business, maximize current accounts, and open new ones.
  • Reach customers’ sales objectives (sell-in and sell-out) by working closely with Retailers and Distributors.
  • Suggest orders based on visits and stock analysis from customer reports.
  • Send novelties suggested orders before launches to guarantee successful implementation.
  • Follow-up on stock coverage.
  • In charge of P&L for designated scope of accounts.
  • In charge of A&P by account and travel budget.


BUSINESS OPERATIONS:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales, Global Marketing and Operations to maximize potential by account and by region.
  • Coordinate and ensure customer satisfaction in terms of service, quality, and supply chain.
  • Prepare and/or support account plans and relevant market information.
  • Deliver yearly sales budget and execution of the business plan.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the customer’s industry, products, and markets to target and create sales and growth opportunities while managing customer expectations.
  • Identify innovative solutions which meet consumer and customer needs, over and above competition.
  • Interface with key customer decision-makers to validate and qualify opportunities, to maximize profitability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales position (FMCG / Perfumes / Cosmetics / Luxury goods) and strong understanding of the global beauty industry and market trends (LATAM & EUROPE Export markets and Travel Retail).
  • Very organized, autonomous, detail oriented and excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Ideal candidate will also speak French (but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
