Elevate your career as an Executive Assistant Contractor with the 950th Spectrum Warfare Group (SWG) and/or 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (SWW) at Robins AFB. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the flow of critical information and ensure the Director’s time is optimized for maximum impact. Essential Job Functions:

  • Information Management: Analyze and manage incoming information for relevance and urgency, determining its applicability to the Director’s responsibilities. Efficiently prioritize the Director's schedule to ensure focus on high-priority tasks.
  • Director Support: Provide daily briefings and updates to the Director to help manage their time and workload effectively. Ensure that the Director is fully informed on all necessary matters to make timely decisions.
  • Advanced Program Support: Deliver top-tier administrative support to advanced program activities within the 950 SWG and/or 350 SWW. This includes preparing finalized documentation, coordinating conference room and video teleconferencing schedules, and managing meetings.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and maintain schedules for meetings, including taking detailed minutes, tracking action items, and following up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide comprehensive government support functions, ensuring that all administrative activities are carried out with the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A High School Diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of experience.

Active Secret Security clearance.

Proven experience in executive-level administrative support, particularly within a military or government setting.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
