Wheeler Staffing Partners is looking for a driven National Sales Executive to join our team in Addison, Texas. This role is pivotal for those passionate about dynamic sales environments and involves a proactive approach to acquiring new clients through various marketing strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and other innovative sales initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage in relentless pursuit of new client acquisition.
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Innovate sales strategies to enhance closing rates and streamline the sales cycle.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to exploit new business opportunities.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and market position.
  • Identify potential sales and services appealing to new clients.
  • Manage both company and client expectations effectively.
  • Draft and negotiate sales contracts while adhering to company policies.
  • Enhance customer experience and loyalty towards our brand.
  • Uphold our company's values and professionalism in all interactions.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in closing national deals.
  • Required on-site presence in Addison.
  • Proficient with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in the Sustainability or Waste industry is considered a plus.
