The Marketing Specialist, Lead Generation is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow nVenia’s market share, reach and profitability through new and existing accounts. The role will focus on developing markets, generating new leads, and establishing connections with influencers and key stakeholders. They will use innovative and technology-based resources such as market analysis, competitive research, databases, Salesforce, and marketing
automation tools.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Specialist, Lead Generation, is responsible for understanding current and potential markets for our business and creating short- and long-term strategies to grow revenue in these markets. They will conduct research and analysis to determine market size, potential, buyer personas, pain points and develop a value prop to reach prospects. Utilize various digital tools to identify new contacts within target prospects and create campaigns to reach and nurture the universe of addressable contacts.
• Analyze and track industry, economic, and political trends, as well as customer needs, and competitor activities that affect our markets.
• Research existing and new markets to Identifying opportunities providing SWOT analysis as appropriate to develop a strategy to reach targets.
• Responsible for driving market share through identifying, qualifying and developing leads that can be provided to our Sales Executives and Regional Sales Managers.
• Drive lead qualification, processing and management for all channels.
• Working with marketing and sales teams to execute and optimize campaigns, projects, and deals to attract and retain customers.
• Partner with Sales team to gather customer insight and improve conversions throughout the funnel and track progress through regular review and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams including, but not limited to Sales, Sales Engineering and Applications, Product Management and Engineering
• Regularly engage with our Distributors and manage the sales leads/funnel to find areas and strategies to increase revenue
• Find new trade shows and industry events that would provide solid ROI and significant leads and assist in the coordination of approved shows.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and training for a variety of audiences.
POSTION SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
• Experience in lead generation
• Proven track record with cold calling and qualifying leads
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• General knowledge and understanding of the sales process including an in depth and detailed knowledge of the qualification and discovery process
• Drive for action and results
• Aptitude for data analysis and strategic thinking
• Strength in understanding and utilizing current and new technology and tools

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing and/or sales, ideally within manufacturing.
• Experience in lead generation
• Proven track record with cold calling and qualifying leads
• Strong project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels within the organization
