Our Client, a specialty contractor in barriers and markings is seeking to add a Senior Executive Coordinator to their leadership team. This role will work ONSITE in Pewaukee, WI and will work standard hours M-F with extra time expected to assure work gets completed. This is a full-time role that maintains an executive leadership track towards “Chief of Staff” type roles within various internal business groups. This role pays in the $60K-$90K range based on experience and includes a quarterly discretionary bonus program. This role also offers strong benefit package – Health, Dental and Vision covered at 80% - and a 401K plan that sees a 20% reinvestment in the employee.

The creation of this role stems from the need to add administrative support to the executive team supporting both the President and CFO. This individual will assist this executive team with all things administrative ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization by providing operational support ensuring highly efficient daily operations. The incumbent will:


  • Run calendars, email and travel for the President and CFO
  • Assure deliverables for all project work connected to the President/CFO
  • Work with Microsoft Suite and assemble BOD packages and create executive level presentations (PPT).
  • Be connected to the Marketing Program to assure advancement of the company.
  • Act as a Project Manager around key company initiatives.
  • Be assigned administrative support and project coordination for special projects across the organization.
  • Assist Executives in the completion of project work by the provision of administrative assistance and project coordination.
  • Organize and maintain files/records/databases across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate internal Executive meetings.
  • Perform document preparation.
  • Utilize technology to propose and create administrative efficiency.
  • Create and evolve the role by provision of new ideas and self-suggestive sales into new duties and responsibilities.

  • Gain an executive leadership track with exposure to 8+ executives across multiple companies.
  • Will have the opportunity to convert to executive leadership within 1 of 3 companies – Anticipated 2-3 years.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years experience in an administrative role supporting executive leadership
  • Desire and/or track record towards Executive Leadership career.
  • High proficiency in entirety of MS Office Suite of tools.
  • Proven track record of “super-organized.”
  • Technological savvy with experience in multiple software packages – Preferred Technology = VistaViewpoint, ISN Networld, Avetta, Build2Win (B2W), Sharepoint, Docusign, Bloom Growth.
  • Construction industry experience highly preferred.
