Senior Executive General Adjuster – Commercial PropertyRemoteWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive General Adjuster specializing in Commercial Property. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our USA Property Adjusting Practice, collaborating with carriers, brokers, and corporate clients to handle moderate to complex losses across various sub-lines of business.Key Responsibilities:- Investigate the cause and extent of damages, obtain necessary documentation, and facilitate settlements.- Manage a personal caseload ensuring prompt and accurate settlements while controlling vendor expenses.- Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking additional nominations within the US Market.- Review and maintain data integrity in claims systems, assigning and overseeing forensic engineering and other necessary vendors.- Lead and participate in new business presentations, reviewing reports and insurance policies for proper coverage.- Prepare settlement documents, request payment for claims and expenses, and provide timely responses to client correspondence.- Support the organization's quality programs and travel as required.Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate for the Senior Executive General Adjuster – Commercial Property role should be a hands-on, technically proficient professional with a proven track record in top-tier Commercial Independent Adjusting Firms, Brokers, or Insurance carriers. They should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, possess key marketplace relationships, and exhibit business development acumen. This role requires a solid technical understanding of Commercial Property adjusting, executive presence, and the capability to develop revenue-generating opportunities.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university.- Solid understanding of the insurance/reinsurance market.- 8+ years of direct experience in complex Commercial Property adjusting roles within the Independent Adjusting or carrier space.- Demonstrated success in developing revenue-generating adjusting opportunities.- Experience in Commercial Property from underwriting, claims, adjusting, or legal perspectives.- Established visibility and relationships within the Commercial Property Underwriting and Brokerage markets.- Experience with London-based insurance markets is advantageous.Join our team and become an integral part of our growing USA Property Adjusting Practice, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise, build lasting client relationships, and drive success in the Commercial Property adjusting space.
