Purpose
The Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing (Journey Orchestration) Audience Management is responsible for leading campaign targeting and list selection based on defined business objectives. This includes understanding business objectives, applying prior learnings and best practices, articulating and documenting campaign designs, sizing target populations, adhering to stringent quality control principles and coordinating timely delivery of channel extracts.
The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • BA/BS degree is required
  • Proficiency working with structured databases and fluency in SQL
  • Working knowledge of big data and cloud technologies like Snowflake and AWS Athena preferred
  • Experience with campaign tools like Segment CDP, Unica, Adobe Campaign, Simon Data or Salesforce Marketing Cloud desired
  • Digital marketing experience including email marketing desired
  • Outstanding consultative, analytical and communication skills that can bridge between technical and business teams
  • Customer first mentality
  • Excellent project and program management skills to ensure timely delivery of requests
  • Experience working with data through database migrations is a plus

The Value You Deliver
  • You work as part of a centrally managed team within the Journey Orchestration organization, as an Audience Manager to develop customer facing campaigns with relevant messaging. You provide expertise on data availability/constraints, validation of external data sources, and profiling during planning phases to influence the campaign design and execution
  • You work across Fidelity, coordinating with Product Areas, related shared services such as ECEs, CKSI, Martech and other teams to monitor and ensure smooth execution of existing campaigns
  • You streamline and automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and technology to define requirements and influence strategy for new MarTech projects

The Team

The Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing (Journey Orchestration) Audience Management will be a key member of the Journey Orchestration Team which is part of the broader Channel Marketing organization. The team is leading the transformation to modernize how Fidelity engages customers through customer centric, journey-based experiences. The team leverages a wealth of data to support the development of customer segmentation and campaign setup to enable channel marketing via email, direct mail, Fidelity.com and programmatic media.
