Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and specifications to understand project requirements.
2. Installing and maintaining HVAC systems, piping, and plumbing fixtures in accordance with International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Building Code (IBC), and International Plumbing Code (IPC) standards.
3. Conducting system tests for leaks and other potential issues.
4. Ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pipefitter, with a focus on HVAC systems and plumbing.
2. Proficiency in working with IMC, IBC, and IPC codes.
3. A proven track record of installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, piping, and plumbing fixtures.
4. Experience welding or welding certifications preferred.
45 OSHA 30 certification preferred.
