About the Role:

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization. This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on requirements provided by the customer that achieve necessary cost and schedule integration.
• Lead creation and maintenance of compliant IMS on requirements provided by the customer that achieve necessary cost and schedule integration.
• Lead and support the team to ensure program plan and IMS is developed consistent with IPDS and program life cycle. Must be able to review the IMS planned work for accuracy, identifying missing work or work that is planned improperly.
• Understands, can create, use, and recommend appropriate alternative/supplemental program mgmt. plans/artifacts (HUM, MPS, First Unit Flow), to help the program team understand and manage to the plan.
• Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results to program teams, understands SRA concepts and theory, with ability to interpret results to the program team and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and schedule risks into the Risk Management process with the assistance of a Scheduled Risk Analysis SME.
• Provides weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path analysis, and schedule variance analysis and network logic validation, employing appropriate Earned Value Management System processes.

Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules. (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)
• Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
• Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
