How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate?: 5 years of Programming & Analytics, Healthcare/Medi-Cal experience preferred

Specific Systems Knowledge Required: SAS, SQL, Excel

Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Epic/Clarity, Power BI/Tableau

Any Required Certifications?: No

Expected Shift: M-F 9-5 PST

Interview Process: Initial 15min Screening, followed by 60min panel interview & candidate presentation. Code & example reports/analytics requested before-hand.

Top Three things Worker will be doing: Programming for reporting and analytics based on client specifications, Data validation compared to available reports or with SME input, Analysis of drivers and areas of opportunity

Top Three Skillsets needed: Programming, Analytics, Visualization

Provide programming for regulatory and operational reporting, and ad hoc analyses. Generate data sets, analytics and visualizations, as well as supporting documentation. Develops reports with accurate, easy to read, useful information that satisfies the client''s needs. Function as lead programmer on single or multi-contributor projects and participate in project team meetings.

Interact with Statisticians, Clinical Data Programmers, Data Managers, Clinical Operations personnel and project manager to ensure the timeline and quality of analysis data and reporting. Independently validate SAS data sets and outputs with existing reporting or other programmers. Prepare validation documentation. Develop and maintain SAS programming infrastructure, macros and standards. Adhere to the company''s and departmental SOPs, Working Instructions and Standards. Participate in the company''s development and implementation of global analysis data standards, output formats, standard SAS programs, etc.
