Job Title: Clinical Statistical Programmer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Statistical Programmer to join our team at Careerbuilder-US. As a Clinical Statistical Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical analysis plans, programming and executing data analysis, and interpreting results to support clinical research studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical research studies
  • Program and execute data analysis using SAS and R programming languages
  • Interpret results and provide summary of findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study deliverables are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in statistical programming

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy Administration, or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAS programming and 2 years of hands-on work experience with real-world studies using large claims/EMR databases in HEOR
  • Strong programming skills in SAS and R programming languages
  • Extensive work experience with large US insurance claims databases, electronic medical records, registry databases for health outcomes research
  • Familiarity with cloud and high-performance computing environments (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience working with medical and billing coding systems such as ICD-10, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC, HCPCS, CPT

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advance degree (e.g., PhD, DrPH, PharmD)
  • Publication on resume
  • Experience with Ex-US healthcare databases such as THIN database
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical industry and therapeutic area expertise

Software Requirements:

  • SAS experience is minimum

Nice to Have Software:

  • R shiny
  • Python

Working Conditions:

This is a 100% remote role with occasional site visits required.
