Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Salesperson to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks while also engaging with customers to drive sales. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, maintaining customer records, and assisting in the overall sales process

 


Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in sales or customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work well in a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with doors and wall paneling is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

High level of English language level is required

Spanish speaking is a plus

 


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position is full time. On average the Team Member will work 40 to 45 hours a week. Could possibly work on a weekend or respond to phone calls or emails in the evening.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment as The Door District is committed to an in-person culture. Office operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
