CFS is working with a great PE-backed manufacturing client that is looking to add a Regional Controller to their team. This role will support regional plant operations in Indianapolis, Southern Indiana, and Tennessee. The salary is up to $160,000 base. Must have PE-backed manufacturing experience. Permanent direct hire.

Overview of the Regional Controller Role:

• The Regional Controller will oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations for 3 manufacturing plant locations to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and cost management.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to monitor production costs, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support private equity stakeholders by providing financial insights, preparing investor reports, and facilitating due diligence processes for potential acquisitions or divestitures.
• Work closely with Plant Managers to determine cost saving initiatives.
• Monthly travel to the two plants in Indiana for 2-3 days each month.

Preferred Qualifications of the Regional Controller Role:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, holding previous supervisory roles.
• PE-backed Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to the two plants in Indiana for 2-3 days each month.
