Client Services Representative

BGSF has joined with an investment management firm in search of a Client Services Associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of administrative processes, including the client on-boarding process
  • Handle all requests from clients pertaining to account administration
  • Organize, scan, and maintain all paper/electronic files
  • Maintain CRM system to ensure all client data is current and accurate
  • Maintain compliance-approved materials and prepare client materials
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, handling in-bound phone calls as necessary, and receiving mail

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required
  • Experience at RIA or Broker/Dealer, preferred
  • Experience from a financial services firm, preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and DocuSign
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail orientation is a must
