Per Manager:

International Logistics Electronic Export Information Filer - primary responsibility is Electronic Export Information (EEI) working at a corporate desk.

Experience in international freight and logistics at a corporate desk is necessary.

Should have experience of filing of exporting of goods.

Filer will be receiving tickets from business and filing exports with Automated Export System (AES) with Census Bureau in a compliant way.

Logistics Coordinators or a License Custom Broker, should be able to complete this position successfully.

Duration 3-6 months, will discuss during interview.

Onsite position full time; once trained a possibility of working remotely.

Education Level is at least a HS diploma/GED; focusing on experience.

Description:

Develops, implements and enforces guidelines, solutions and plans in order to optimize processes in the area of responsibility.

Issues Electronic Export Information (EEI)_AES Filing and ensures accurate and consistent distribution of relevant information throughout the internal organization.

Collaborates with the team and management regarding export documentation and/or procedure issues.

Monitors and ensures corrective actions derived from external and internal reviews and audits.

Carries out trainings and reviews to guarantee adherence to EEI AES filing regulations.

Enables consulting for other organizational units as well as Best Practice Sharing.

Impacts:

Needs professional technological, economical or scientific know how, methods, tools and principles, and applies to differing and variable situations.

Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support development of guidelines, methods, tools or business processes.

These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results.

Positions focusing on analyzing, developing, testing or implementing processes, technologies and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles.

Targets are short to medium term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.

They may provide functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.

Typically, these functions review to 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in their field of work and qualification.

Experience:

License Custom Broker is highly desired

College degree preferred, HS diploma or GED required.

2+ years' experience with international export logistics experience.

Knowledge:

Good knowledge in a technical field or business method including the basic theoretical background.

Develops basic business understanding. Contributes to team effort, awareness of expected value add.

May improve processes, business methods or technical components
