Job Description and Duties: 

A Concierge Coordinator / Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients or guests. This role involves assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating, and ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for all customers. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Greet clients or guests warmly and professionally. Work within an immediate Team of 3 and overall, Team of 50+ to support the PC Renewal Program for North America. Inquiries may consist of providing tracking information, rescheduling date/time of appts. and provide status to other, various inquiries Prepare reports and summaries of customer feedback and service requests. Job Requirements Details: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in an IT or technical support setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively and ability to work under pressure Teamwork and collaboration are very important for this role. The position is fully onsite role located at Allen Park, Michigan.
