What You’ll Do:As a Project Accountant, you’ll ensure the financial health of our projects from start to finish: 
  • Financial Oversight: Review contracts and ensure compliance with financial and risk standards.
  • Accurate Reporting: Prepare and submit precise monthly financial reports and assist in accounts receivable.
  • Subcontractor Management: Handle billings and payments through Textura, collaborating closely with the Project Management team.
  • Compliance & Payroll: Manage project accounts, payroll processing, and compliance with insurance programs.
  • Support Project Success: Work alongside Project Managers to provide critical accounting insights.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred)
  • 5+ years of project accounting experience with a General Contractor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and independent working skills
