Job Title: Entry Level Assistant Superintendent – High-End Residential Builder

Are you ready to take your next step in high-end residential construction? We’re seeking an Entry Level Assistant Superintendent with 3 years of experience in luxury custom homes to join our team. Whether your experience has been through internships or part-time roles, this is your chance to transition into a full-time, hands-on role with one of the most respected builders in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily supervision of luxury home construction projects
- Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure on-site operations run smoothly
- Ensure quality control and craftsmanship meets the highest standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain project schedules
- Assist in managing job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all building codes
- Conduct walkthroughs with clients and team members to review progress and address any issues
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in high-end residential construction (internships count)
- Basic understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and high-end finishes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Eager to learn and grow within the construction industry
