Position Overview: As a Customer Service Associate at Eximius Associates, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, empathetic, and capable of managing various customer interactions effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
  • Resolve customer issues and return requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with processing online and in-store orders, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organised customer service area.
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional service.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
