Position Overview: As a Customer Service Associate at Eximius Associates, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, empathetic, and capable of managing various customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Resolve customer issues and return requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with processing online and in-store orders, including handling returns and exchanges.
