Position Summary 
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for inventory control and material handling duties by monitoring warehouse and production inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified of reported inventory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Cycle Counter will cycle count raw materials, molded materials, and finished goods on a scheduled basis daily and monthly. 
• Initiate inventory adjustments for inventory accuracy.
• Fix Oracle errors as needed.
• MDO’s:(Material Destruction Orders) verify and physically scrap non-conforming and expired inventory. 
• Follow up and close loop communication with team members on found discrepancies.
• Help resolve any outstanding NCMR’s.
• Understand material movement processes to enhance accuracy level.
• Assist in development for site inventory KPI’s. Help track accuracy, report monthly. 
• Operate Forklift, Walkie Rider, Order selector or pallet jack as needed.
• Perform label control to ensure that all information is correct 
• Follow all Safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and shift tasks as assigned.
• Reconcile work orders and ensure correct materials are issued. 
• Maintain clean work environment at all times while performing duties. 
• When pulling for any location verify that Part, Lot, QTY and location are correct.
• Weigh, Verify, Stock returns from production back to warehouse

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
• Must be able to read, write, perform basic calculations, and navigate through complex computer programs accurately 
• Must have good oral and written skills and able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 2 years Material handling experience or Warehouse work. 
• Ability to give/receive constructive criticism. 
• Advanced Oracle skills.
• Microsoft Proficient.
• Forklift experience. 

Education and Experience 
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 
• Minimum of 2 years Material handling experience or Warehouse work. 
• Previous inventory experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age


Travel Requirements 
• Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Physical Requirements and Work Environment 
• Work is performed in a clean room environment
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit stand or kneel for long periods of time.
• Must be able to use computer or touch screen to enter work order data
• Must be able to lift 40 LBS
• Must be able to work around automated robots and heavy equipment. 
• Must be able to walk for long periods of time and type repetitive. 
• Must be able to operate a forklift, and cherry picker.
