Sales Manager
Location: Troy, MI
Pay: $80-100K
DIRECT HIRE

Opportunity to work with a reputable Korean automotive supplier in the fasteners industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop new customers and expand our presence in the industry.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, including customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-up.
  • Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of our products to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Identify and target marketing areas to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Focus on increasing annual sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct customer research to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate with the product team to meet customer's specific requirements.
  • Attract new buyers and maintain relationships with current buyers.
  • Stay on top of past, present, and future purchase orders (PO) and requests for quotation (RFQ).

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing sales.
  • Experience with Automotive Fasteners is MANDATORY.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure profitable contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
