Remedi SeniorCare is currently looking for enthusiastic, motivated and talented Lead Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician
As an Lead Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for one or more of the daily Fulfillment Operations areas which include: Paxit automated packaging and dispensing equipment, the fulfillment of bulk prescriptions, non-sterile compounding, and the staging of all finished items for shipment to our customers. .

What you will do:
- Coordinate department schedule and assist with monitoring/directing workflow and adjusting shift assignments.
- Participate in staff coaching and training.
- Identify and communicate with supervisor/manager any staff performance/behavior concerns and development opportunities.
- Coordinate workflow with other departments/staff to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Escalate any workflow concerns/issues appropriately and ensure shift to shift communication & reporting occurs.
- Responsible for operating the Paxit Packaging equipment which may include Flex Packager and/or Uhlmann automated equipment
- Responsible for packaging lot setup
- Responsible for operating the Paxit Dispensers at a minimum of 650 bags/hr
- Responsible for responding to Dispenser faults timely and appropriately
- Performs bulk fulfillment activities
- Responsible for labeling bulk products consistent with Remedi labeling standards
- Responsible for setting up toting area in preparation for toting activities including but not limited to: setting up
- Maintains current training required to perform non-sterile compounding
- Responsible for cleaning the non-sterile compounding area consistent with Remedi non-sterile compounding Policies and Procedures
- Demonstrates understanding of USP 795
What you will bring:
- Must be registered and maintain in good standing the pharmacy technician credentials required by State regulation to practice as a pharmacy technician
- Prior Pharmacy experience required. Experience with Light Assembly or Machine Operations helpful.
