KPMG is currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Global Compliance Management Services practice.

Responsibilities:

Support the practice in defining and executing strategy for targets, including existing clients, and proposal opportunitiesCollaborate with and guide internal teams and clients through transition and execution of tax managed services engagements, including the data and technology strategy to be deployed Support the overall management of the practice, including maintenance of key metrics, opportunity status and other required internal reportingAssist with education of internal teams on tax managed services and the characteristics they should identify for potential targetsMaintain deep understanding of standard processes, resources available, and the supporting technology solutions

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:

Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm; assist engagement teams with building and managing client relationships; team with other professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the tax practice

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent tax or accounting experience with strong interest in process and technologyBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA, EA, JD or LLM, in addition to others on KPMG抯 approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that listExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational and delegation skillsAble to work in a national/international teaming environment, work remotely with other team members; capability to work self-sufficiently with appropriate oversightAbility to travel 30%

Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager:

Minimum eight years of recent tax or accounting experience; experience mentoring and counseling staff/senior level team members
