Our client, a leader in the packaging manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic team. The company is renowned for its strong emphasis on culture, professional development, and continuous growth. This role will focus on providing expertise in Profit & Loss (P&L) management, forecasting, and financial planning. As a key contributor to the finance team, you will play a critical role in driving cost analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial accuracy and insight across the business
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and management of P&L statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Drive the forecasting process, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures, providing detailed insights and projections.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances, offering actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct cost analysis and performance evaluation to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Support budgeting processes, including development, implementation, and tracking of key financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine financial strategies, highlighting risks and opportunities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide expertise in financial planning and analysis for special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on P&L management, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Manufacturing experience
