Analyze financial performance and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability. This includes identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing process improvements.

Partner with Cross-Functional Teams

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. This includes collaborating with executive leadership to refine financial strategies and highlighting risks and opportunities in alignment with business objectives.

Conduct Cost Analysis and Performance Evaluation

Conduct cost analysis and performance evaluation to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies. This includes analyzing financial data and identifying areas for cost reduction.

Prepare Financial Reports

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. This includes analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Support Budgeting Processes

Support budgeting processes, including development, implementation, and tracking of key financial metrics. This includes collaborating with executive leadership to refine financial strategies and highlighting risks and opportunities in alignment with business objectives.

Provide Expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis

Provide expertise in financial planning and analysis for special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives. This includes analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Related Field

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.

6+ Years of Experience in FP&A

6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is required. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
