Experienced Litigation Paralegal

Position: Litigation Paralegal

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Join our dynamic legal team at a reputable Overland Park law firm specializing in litigation. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to contribute to our success. If you are a independent worker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for detail, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Organize and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Interface with clients by phone and in person, maintaining professional communication.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative in day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Mature individual capable of adapting to diverse thinking and working styles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
