Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Data Entry Customer Representative to manage customer data and provide support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Customer Representative at Promotion Pia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input and update customer information, orders, and inquiries into the company's database accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
  • Provide professional and timely support to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels. Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and issues, and ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Assist with processing client orders, including entering orders into the system, verifying order details, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate personnel for further assistance and follow-up.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service or data entry is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or related roles preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
